   Use the same workspace account you already have. There is no separate desk password.

2. 2. Alex takes the carrier

   She checks FMCSA, emails a one-time code, searches the TMS, and books inside the ceiling. You do not quote the rate first — the board does.

3. 3. You work the exceptions

   Confirm the handoff queue, open a call for the transcript, or take over live if a senior rep is needed.

After HappyRobot confirms you, you land on Overview and the tour starts once.
